Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the  website (the “Service”) operated by Smiles At Sea  (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Termination 
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a wavier of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 
In the event of a cancellation by the cruise line, due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, Smiles at Sea will not be held responsible nor provide a refund for the event ticket. Attendees will receive a credit valued at the price paid for the event ticket and will have the option to attend an event within one calendar year from the cancellation date. Event ticket Cancellation requests must be received in writing at 5 months prior to event to receive a 50% refund on the event ticket. No refunds will be given after this time frame. Please note, Smiles at Sea is not responsible for any cruise line refunds. To cancel your cruise, please contact your travel specialist. 
 
 
General Information:
Attendees must be on time and present for all hours in order to successfully complete the course and to be eligible for all credits. Attendees should limit their alcohol consumption prior to the classes.
 
Smiles at Sea reserves all rights and reservations for the continuing education course. Please see above to avoid denial of entry to any classes.
 
The Whitening ball reception is open to all who paid and are registered over the age of 21 including non-dental professionals.

By paying and registering for this event, I assume any risk of harm or injury and release Smiles at Sea from all liability, costs and/or damages that could occur.

Ahoy all Smiles at Sea travelers!

Please read the following update pertaining to the October 2019 Smiles at Sea event.

As you probably have already heard, due to changes in US policy regarding travel to Cuba, all cruises to Cuba have been cancelled effective June 5th 2019. Fortunately, Royal Caribbean has already rerouted the itinerary to include Nassau, Bahamas instead of Havana, Cuba. In addition, the cruise line has decided to discount the cruise fare by 50%!! (excluding government taxes).

This is great news since the Smiles at Sea event will remain unchanged and all CE classes and activities will be held as scheduled!

If you have paid for your cruise in full, you will receive a refund to your original form of payment of the discounted amount.

If you have not yet paid for your cruise in full, your monthly payment schedule with Smiles at Sea will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the discounted amount.

You will soon receive a communication from Royal Caribbean outlining the itinerary change and the discount described above. You may also cancel your reservation for a full refund.

All cancellation requests must be received by Smiles at Sea no later than June 15, 2019.
