Cancellation Policy & Terms and Conditions
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

In the event of a cancellation by the cruise line, due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, Smiles at Sea will not be held responsible nor provide a refund for the event ticket. Attendees will receive a credit valued at the price paid for the event ticket and will have the option to attend an event within one calendar year from the cancellation date. Event ticket Cancellation requests must be received in writing in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds will be given after this time frame. Please note, Smiles at Sea is not responsible for any cruise line refunds. To cancel your cruise, please contact your travel specialist.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $40 will be applied per person after 60 days of booking, provided that the reservation is made within 180 days prior to sailing date.
If the reservation is cancelled 179 days or less from sailing date, the below policy is applied for all reservations.
120 to 91 Days Prior to Sailing 50% penalty per guest
90-61 Days Prior to Sailing 75% penalty per guest
60 to 0 Days Prior to Sailing 100% penalty per guest
Cancellation request and refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Group reservations of 10 or more may take up to 60 days to process.
You may make a one time name change for both occupants, per cabin, anytime up 14 days before the cruise sailing.

The amount of each installment shall be paid to the Company on the due date. In the event of two non-consecutive/consecutive non-payments and/or declines during the installment period shall result in the full balance to be paid no later than 48 hours following the second non-payment. Notwithstanding the terms and conditions for a payment installment option shall result in full cancellation that is subject to the refund policy and release of cabin(s).
